There is no way that one (permanent) license can be installed on two separate servers. You can either set up one license server to manage all your licenses or you have to request two separate product codes (to get two single user licenses). In the last case, you have to rehost your product code and request a code for two individual licenses. You can may also go back to the Sales team to get a new code.
