You do not indicate what the actual problem is other than "its not working". For instance, do you see an error? Does the program hang or crash? Is there any information in the SAP log file or the GO-Global APS log file? What version of GO-Global are you using? You may also want to provide a screen shot of any error.

I am not aware of any issue with SAP itself but the ADD-ON may require special optimization.
