Can not start SAP B1 Add on 7 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0  
Hi,

I am using go global to connect to SAP Business one.basic operation of SAP B1 through go global is working fine.but when i am trying to start my ADD ON,its not working.
its working fine with remote desktop and even its working fine with local LAN connection.i am signing through administrator and i have windows server 2003 on my server.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hello Jitendra,

You do not indicate what the actual problem is other than "its not working". For instance, do you see an error? Does the program hang or crash? Is there any information in the SAP log file or the GO-Global APS log file? What version of GO-Global are you using? You may also want to provide a screen shot of any error.

I am not aware of any issue with SAP itself but the ADD-ON may require special optimization.

If these suggestions do not help to solve the problem, the best way to troubleshoot is via your local reseller or contact the GraphOn Support team.

I am using SAP Business one with Go Global remote connectivity. When we connect through remote desktop SAP Business one add on is working fine. But we connect through Go global SAP business One add on is not working.

I am using go global version 3.2.0.4203

I am attaching herewith screen shot for your reference.

Unfortunately, I do not have any experience with SAP or their add-ons but I believe the support team has seen this before. I suggest you contact them and open a ticket.
