Hello all,

We currently have a Windows 2000 server with all the latest updates installed as of 2008-04-28.

We have Go-Global for Windows version 3.1.1.3548 installed.

When starting, we get the APS error with 3647.

My log is below.

Code:

Is there a specific Windows 2000 update that I need to uninstall??

The latest MS updates that affect GO-Global 3.1.1 (only) are KB941693 and KB948590. An update is available via from our Support team.

These Compatibility Updates add support for Windows Updates KB941693 and KB948590 on Windows Server 2003, Windows XP-SP2, and Windows 2000-SP4.
