Antonio,

The questions is a little vague but if you are asking whether you can launch other applications from within your application, then the answer is yes. If the application you want to launch is a 16-bit application or a console application then the answer is no. The Windows API states that CreateProcess should be used for 32-bit apps, and that support for WinExec is provided for compatibility with 16-bit Windows.
