Alan,

Make sure the GGW server installed correctly. Does the Cluster Manager come up without any problems? Is there anything apparent in the APS log files?

If this is version 3.1 of GO-Global, I strongly recommend that you upgrade to v3.2.

Last but not least, if all fails, open a ticket with our Support team using the online Support form.
