Good Morning,

We are the most recently customer of Go-Global (Windows Server 2003) solution in Brazil.

In our country exists any applications used in e-government transactions.

Specialy one of those, uses a digitall certificate to validate a transference procedure...

We publish this application in our Go-Global cluster but it doesn't works properly.

When the users try to tranfer the "file", an error message apears:

[-2146892987: The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation en the current user must be configured to allow delegation.]

The digitall certificate is proviously instaled in Internet Explorer.

Tryng with administrator account (go-global server local user) it works. But including the users in administrators group (of the same server) donīt.

We have checked the NTFS and registry permissions and everything seems to be OK.

On Graphon website, in forum channel, we don't find help.

We try to contact you resseller in Brazil, but they don't know how to fix it too.

We need help, please... How can we fix it
