You provided few details but I'm assuming you are running version 2.1.3 of GO-Global for Windows. In that version, we do not yet have any suspend capabilities and the only way to lose a session is due to a network drop. If you are connecting from a VPN, I would check the stability of the VPN line and software. While the VPN connection may appear active, it tends to take a long time before it times out, while the actual network connection may have dropped already indicating, perhaps, a GO-Global problem. You might also want to increase the verbose level in the log file (see
FAQ post no. 34) and look for any GG error if they exist. I suspect however, you are dealing with a network problem rather than GO-Global problem.
