Getting a message that local logon is not permitted with users other than admin users. GoGlobal is on a domain controller and the allow local logon option won't allow me to add specific users.

You have to modify the security settings to allow users to log-in interactively. I don't know much about SBS, but I just created a group policy in 2003 Server to allow all users to the server to login interactively.
