When setting up an application to be published in GoGlobal, it would be nice to have the ability to specify which processor to use when that specific application is launched.

This function seems suite for some application will spark cpu and affect other user.You can try http://www.sec.ch/download/oncpu.zip .This can help you force some application runs on certain CPU.
