When printing from GO-Global you may see a sequence of numbers (in the print dialogue window) next to the printer queue name. That number is a unique identifier that can be traced back to the users's desktop.

For example, the following number may come up after the printer name #c0a80a09nf5l (see screenshot below).

The first 8 numbers are the client's IP address in hex, followed by a 4-digit randomly generated character to create a unique identifier. You can use the Windows calculator to convert them back to decimal numbers, two at a time. In this case "c0a80a09nf5l" translates to a client IP address of 192.168.10.9 plus the unique nf5l identifier.
