This can be accomplished by using a function of Internet Explorer.
Publish
Internet Explorer 6 as follows using the Cluster Manager:
1. Browse to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe and add IE as an application
2. Add C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\My Documents to the Command-Line Options
3. Change the name to File Explorer
4. Change the icon to reflect a File/Windows Explorer
5. Click OK
Note: Do NOT directly publish Windows' explorer.exe as this will leave undesirable results
If you are using
Internet Explorer 7 or higher, you will have to use this alternate method:
1. Browse to C:\Windows\
2. Make a copy of “explorer.exe”
3. Rename the new copy to “fexplorer.exe” (for example)
4. Publish “fexplorer.exe” using the Cluster Manager
5. Add C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\My Documents to the Command-Line Options
6. Change the name to File Explorer
7. Change the icon to reflect a File/Windows Explorer
8. Click OK
