We have a couple of users who when logging on to their sessions are getting the error 'No applications, no sessions.'

The servers they are logging onto have recently been migrated to a different location, i.e. there was a system shutdown, start-up. These users were able to login to the server before the migration.

Most other users are able to login fine at present so therefore the Go Global server / database appear to be working fine too.

I believe we are using version 2.1. I am not sure where the problem is. I have attached the image of the error message.

Any assistance with this will be appreciated.

Mike,

Check the permission on your license.dat file. Make sure the license file permissions are set so all users can read the file. A 644 permission setting is minimal.
