How can became owner GO-Configure Item that appears into Go-Configure mask?

I have a 2.2.4 UNIX version.

I'm not entirely sure that I understand your question. Each user running GO-Configure is automatically the owner of the items that they publish.

To publish items to other users, you must run GO-Configure as the owner of the global database (${GOGLOBAL_ROOT}/etc/goglobal.db) or change the ownership on the global database.

My problem isthat I want that only goglobal is able to creato icons for all other users.

I have configurated the permission (with root user) Allow for goglobal user and Deny for None.

The problem is that when I start the Edit Setting mask with goglobal users, apper the msg "Since you do not own this item, you may only edit a copy of it"...

Question: How can became owner of this item???
