GO-Global for UNIX does actually start any "ttsession" processes, so by the same token it does not explicitly kill or shut them down. What you are seeing is a bug in the operating system, any may be correctable my patching or upgrading the operating system. You may also be able to sort of "work around" the problem by writing a "wrapper" script that executes the CDE desktop, then when the CDE session is finished, checks for "stray" processes like "ttsession" and kills them.
Unfortunately, other than these suggestions, there's really very little assistance we can provide in resolving this. (The problem is sort of like saying, "Why does xterm continue to run when I've logged out of the session?" The answer really depends on xterm.)
