The Netscape Plug-in will not run if Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) 6.0 is installed on a GO-Global Server running Windows Server 2003 unless you modify the IIS server.

Specifically, you need to register the GO-Global plug-in "xpi" file as a MIME type on the IIS 6 webserver.

- Connect to IIS 6 on the server using the MMC.
- Right click on the server name in the IIS window then select Properties.
- Select HTTP Headers
- Click on the MIME Types button
- Click on the New button to add .xpi as an extension and application/octet-stream as MIME type
- Apply the changes and restart your webserver
- Install the plug-in on your Netscape or Firefox browser and restart as needed.
