I have one licence with 5 inside, i can upgrade my server version?

For example

- I have version 3.2.0.4203 and i can upgrade to version 3.2.0.4226 without upgrading?

- But if i have a version 3.1.1.3548 and i can upgrade to next other version, i can't upgrade without upgrade de license,is erroneous?

You can upgrade between major versions of GO-Global without any problems. For example, 3.2.0.4203 to 3.2.0.4226. You do not need a new license.

If you upgrade from version 3.1.x to 3.2.x you will need a new license. In this case, use the upgrade form. See http://www.graphon.com/content/view/35/35/

As long as you are on maintenance there is no cost. If you are not on maintenance, contact our sales team for an upgrade price.

I'm useful to ask these to the current of if version 3.1.1.3548 have some problems with Windows XP or Windows 2003 server?

Hello Enric,

Per the release-notes, GO-Global 3.1.1 supports the following as a server OS:

- Windows Server 2003 Standard or Enterprise Edition
- Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2

But i'm had one licence in a machine with Windows Server 2003 Standart Edition and one licence in a version 3.1. Days ago GoGlobal it did not work, i change of version to 3.2.
We provider nonwise the cause of problem. You see the problem?

I'm live in Spain.

If you are using two licenses (version 3.1 and 3.2) my suggestion is to (1) remove the 3.1 license or (2) simply upgrade the license to version 3.2.
